How Our Fund WorksPaper Assets Capital works only with accredited Investors and private capital to allow our Acquisition team to go to market to purchase distressed paper assets secured by Real Estate. PAC utilizes its well-established relationships with banks, hedge funds and servicers to purchase these distressed assets at a discount in exchange for providing them with liquidity.
One of the most significant benefits of dealing with Paper Assets Capital is our flexibility. Investors may participate using: · Retirement accounts – This includes IRAs, HSAs and Coverdell ESAs, 401K's and more... · Real Estate Equity - Home Equity Line of Credit (get it at 4% and receive 12% form PAC). · Cash accounts – We can help you turn liquid cash into a long-term investment vehicle. We work hard to make sure that our executive team and our staff members help our clients understand how our proprietary tools work and we make sure that we are constantly developing our brand to allow us to continue to purchase and manage larger volumes of assets. |
