Step 1: Register Complete registration and sign the None Disclosure Agreement. Register now. Step 2: View Available Notes Performing and non-performing 1st and 2nd liens are released quarterly. Performing notes are often released on a monthly basis.) list of assets emailed to all preffered buyers. Step 3: Purchase and Due Diligence Perform all due diligence and submit your purchase request (bids) before the end of the bid period (typically 3-10 days). Step 4: Funding The Trade Desk will respond the next business day after bids are due. If you win, funding s expected within 48 hours of receiving our Loan Sale Agreement (for IRA purchases it may take up to two weeks). Step 5: Loan Servicing Transfer & Collateral File The loan servicing transfer and the collateral file will be shipped usually within one week (5 business days) of receiving funding. |
